This is the same coffee we have ordered for a long time and loved. I don’t know what’s wrong with this batch but it tastes bad! It’s watered down or burnt .... can’t put my finger on it. So sad.

The taste of the coffee was great! Two out of three of the pods malfunctioned while in my Kuerig causing grounds to go everywhere. The seal between the pod and the cover would separate.

This purchase was a complete disappointment. The dark roast and extra bold coffee was very weak even when brewed on the strong setting. Also, every cup gets filled with grounds. I have never had this happen with any other k cup but this brand.

Horrible taste. Nothing like pumpkin or vanilla. This tastes like old burnt coffee so gross threw it away. :(

The cups ruined my Kuerig. They are apparently too thick on the bottom and are non recylable like original Green Mountain Coffee K Cups. I wish I had never tried them.

I love Brooklyn Bean Variety pack coffee. So much, I actually have a subscribe and save automated delivery set up. Nice, right? And the relationship has been going well for months. So much so, I was thinking about adding to my subscription for this product. But then, they had to go and ship my most recent order via FEDEX Smartpost. And I quaked, because the service from FedEx Smartpost is awful including lying about attempts at delivery. USPS by itself manages to get the job done, I love UPS delivery service, FedEx is serviceable. Fed Ex Smartpost is awful and frustrating enough ALL THE TIME that I will actually not order products from places that tell me up front that this is how they will get their package to me. I was charged for this product over 2 weeks ago. According to the SmartPost website, 2 attempts have been made- BOTH days I was home all day. Trust me, no one knocked at my door. This is not the first time this has happened. I am beyond frustrated and sad that I will likely STOP ordering this wonderful product if they cannot figure out how to get it to me in a reasonable amount of time. Vendors, pay attention, in the world of online shopping, shipping matters.

I like strong coffee; this is not. Not enough taste or color for me. Love other Brooklyn Beans coffees, but not this one. I do, however, keep some in the house for folks who like their coffee less dark.

Kcups are old. Many broken upon arrival. Others crack during brewing only to make a huge mess. Only been able to brew 3 coffees out of 7 attempts. Bought this product many of times in the past without any issues. I feel I got old inventory or something? Very disappointed with last purchase!
