Customer service won't care that your beaters, hooks, and paddles are chipping, fyi. They will direct you to a link to spend $100 on purchasing stainless steel options. I love the color of my mixer, but not even a year in, and the attachments are ALL chipping or discolored. Don't recommend unless you think it's cool to spend a ton of money.

Was great when it worked but the motor quit working 3 weeks after my 1 year purchase date so now it’s out of warranty. Not worth spending almost $400 every year for a new mixer

I was really looking forward to receiving my new stand mixer from Target. I loved the color. When I unboxed it, immediately understood it is a used one. They didn’t even bother themselves to clean it up. It was a total disappointment. Definitely returning it.

I was so excited to purchase this mixer. I love Kitchenaid and Magnolia Farms. My mixer broke after it's first use. Extremely disappointed and not the quality I expected.

Unfortunately this mixer cost more than its worth. Came with a defect out of the box, talked with kitchenaid themselves and ruled that it wasn't anything of concern. Since using the mixer a couple times found out the head was too low and was causing bumping issues, even after fixing it doesnt work as it should it seems. Also the bowl gets stuck in the base every time we try and get it out. I will be trying to return this one. Hopefully we just got a dud.

My daughter never thought she would get this as it was so expensive. When she opened it Christmas morning she literally screamed with happiness. I was so proud to give it to her. Planning for her to be able to help cook Xmas dinner. She opened the box right away and said the styrofoam is broken. We didn’t understand as the box looked ok. She went to pull it out and broken styrofoam with no bowl, no attachments and looked used. She was heartbroken. I was sad and then mad. To pay close to $400.00 (which was supposed to be on sale) and have this happen literally ruined our day. She loves to cook and bake and doing it together is so special as she lives in Boston now. There is no excuse for this to happen. We can’t figure out if was shipped to target like that or if someone returned it and they didn’t bother to look at it and stuck it back out on the shelf. All of which are unacceptable. When I tried calling the store, target customer service and kitchenaid I was told to contact them online. And every time we looked over to the tree it is just a reminder of how sad this Christmas turned out. I just looked through the reviews and see that we are not the only ones to go through this. I expected so much more from target. Warning! You need to open anything you are giving as a gift you can spend so much on. Can’t get memories back. Let’s see what customer service is like. But to have to pack it up and stand in line to return it when they don’t have any left is again. Unacceptable. I will never look at target or kitchenaid the same again. I’ll follow up wiith how they handle it but I’m not optimistic….

I bought the Hearth & Hand Kitchenaid as a Christmas gift for my son and he used it once & said it worked. He tried to use it a second time & it wouldn’t even turn on. Kitchen Aid this should never happen when you spend this much money on something, it should not break this quickly. I read other reviews before I purchased it and saw that some people had the same problem, and that, is totally unacceptable! He did make some phone calls and they said that they had a red one, which is the one color that he does not like. This is just shameful and disgusting. I purchased it through Target but I know it’s not their fault. Sad, just sad.

Love the color, but broke after less than 10 uses. Kitchen Aid only would send me a red one which I’m not interested in.
