Started off working so well! Literally 2 days later and it won’t work at all despite doing all the steps online to try and fix it

This item only froth’s milk and does not heat it up. Very disappointed

I’ve had two other frothers from a espresso in three years, they last about a year. I just had a new one sent two days ago. It makes horrible noises when frothing and there’s no hot or cold option, only hot. Also it’s not frothing the milk and making a beautiful thick creamy foam like the others. Terrible product. Want my money back.

THis is my 2nd frother and it works no better than the first. A waste!

It worked great for a few months then just stopped working. Research showed that this is a common problem with this item. From what I read, Nespresso will not replace the defective product so I didn’t bother contacting the company.

I just received my Nespresso machine on 2/14/22 and it included the Aeroccino3 Black Frother. The espresso machine works great but my frother doesn't work. I have bought 1% milk, almond milk, half and half, etc. It'll do a tiny bit of foam on the top and then the rest is liquid. My friends works great and that's why I bought the whole set in the first place. How do I get the frother replaced. I can't seem to find any information on replacing a defective item.

I received my Nespresso as a Christmas gift and the Aeroccino 3 came with the machine. I have used every type of milk you can think of: whole milk, almond milk, 2% milk, half and half, etc. I cannot get the milk to a frothy consistency.

We have purchased two of these frothers in the past year and a couple of months. The first one lasted a year, being used twice a day most days of the week. Then we bought another one and it died in 2-3 months. Bad design...doesn't hold up. And there's no recourse to get another one under warranty.

No meaningful documentation for use - not level lines within the jug, no LED light at the front or whisk holder or side switch. No recipe book - online documentation is just as bad - useless No understanding of how to get hot milk, cold milk, and hot froth Incrediblly poor

After it wouldnt work, i waited a couple days and called the help line. They were able to guide me in cooling the machine and testing with water. Fine seems to work but strange that it’s so fragile. Tried to use it again the following day again would not work. Tried the tips for several more days and i tossed it. The reviews are clear this is a poorly designed device. Bought another brand’s frother that works beautiful. This is a serious junk and not value added. Overall wish i had not gotten a nespresso system.
