It was great for a while and then it wasn’t. It stopped frothing like it did I the beginning. I wish I had returned it because for the price and the Nespresso name you would think it would be quality and last longer than it did. I have had it for a year but stopped using it about 4 months ago bc the froth wasn’t thick just a light bubble.

I bought this and loved how it worked. Not too much foam and temp was great. Now, 5 months later I push the button to power on and it lights up, but nothing else. DISSAPOINTED!

I’ve been using this machine for 2 months and the constant aggravation from cleaning up the counter from it overflowing will ruin anyone’s morning. Milk - very cold, used 1%, 2%, and almond milk, never below or above the min/max fill line - and it still overflows. Frother is actually good, and the latte is great… after I’m finished washing down the machine, base, and counter.

I love the frother but it stopped working in under a year. It still warmed the creamer but no longer frothed. Disappointed, especially considering the cost.

I have had the Nespresso Vertuo for over a year now and I love it I am obsessed with it. I use it nearly every day along with the milk froather. I never want to go out for coffee anymore its great. However, the past few weeks my milk froather will randomly not work? It makes the sound like it is on but the milk comes out flat. I always do the cold water before each use yet it will still randomly come out flat? Looking at the reviews this seems to happen to a lot of people, even with the new model. Now I am conflicted if I even want to purchase a new one. Upsetting.

I have replace the wisk twice and it still does not froth it does warm the milk but I like foam too

I thought the first machine might have been a "lemon," but the same thing has happened with two Aeroccino 3 milk frothers. They work great at first, but then a small area on the bottom starts burning the milk. The area keeps getting bigger as the bottom coating burns off until the machine becomes unusable. Sad situation.

Love it, works so good however the lid cracked the first week I got it. Still works fine but wish it was made of better more durable material. Also says there is a warranty but so hard to find any information about it. I say buy it but definitely be careful when handling the lid.

It’s important to know this can only be used for milk, not 1/2 & 1/2 or any type of dairy free creamer. Mine broke within 6 months and I was told it’s not made for anything but cows milk. Very odd!!

The Aeroccino3 Milk Frother has two downsides, it does not heat the milk, it warms it, and that it OVERFLOWS, even when you fill it a little below the frother's maximum line. However, other than the disappointing fact that you would have to prepare 2 cups of milk separately to serve one coffee, is that it still works after a year of use. Would really trade it for a larger one, if possible.
