This worked fairly well in the beginning, but almost every time I’ve used it, milk has burned onto the bottom in a specific area. It’s so difficult to get the burnt milk off, and now at this point, just a few months into using it, the finish had scraped off in the area I have to scrub the burnt milk from every single day now making the burnt milk even more difficult to remove. And now the milk has a burnt taste as well, making it totally unusable. Very disappointing.

I bought this and all the instructions and manual say “three styles of milk frothing: cold milk, warm milk or milk foam” and shows it coming with two wisks, one for foam and one for regular warm or cold milk. Only one wisk was included, even showing it has “wisk storage”. Even on the box it shows one wisk. I want to like it, but I feel misled and with all the $ I spend on Nespresso capsules and can’t make cold or warm milk with one wisk, just foam!

Along with other reviewers, after a year of frothing milk just fine, the heating element stopped working. Will find a cheaper alternative since this device doesn’t last long anyway.

I purchased the Aeroccino 3 as a add on with my Nespresso Machine on Christmas Day. Once I received it was great and I loved it. The froth was great with any creamer I used or milk. After a few weeks of usage it quit working as it did and I called Nespresso and they did some trouble shooting and explained that it must be my milk that I was using. So I went and bought more creamer and reg Whole milk and it still did not froth the way it did when I first received it, Tonight I called again and they went through the whole process again wasting more of my creamer and milk and when it did not froth they said well we cannot replace it because it did heat the water. I explained that I do not use water with my coffee and I use cream and I want a replacement but they cannot help. Now I await a call back from a supervisor. I have never had this much trouble in repacking a product. I love my Nespresso machine but would love to have my milk nice and frothy.

It works well 1-2 times in a week. The milk froths well but it doesn’t get hot. Sometimes it’s cold froth milk or Luke warm. I have to reheat the milk every time in microwave.

I genuinely enjoyed my aeroccino; however, after 3 months of intermittent use it only works to warm my milk and not froth. To boot, it is not hot enough so I have an added step of heating it up on the stove. I have wasted away so much money on different types of milks, cleaning all parts to ensure it wasn't due to residue, and hoping it will work. Still nothing!

Like other reviewers its a coin flip if it works. I followed all the directions and trouble shooting recommendations but it will work one time then a few days later it will just give you warm milk without any froth. And there is nothing I can do to make it work, it's like my dog it will sit when it wants to. I am convinced there is something wrong with the electronics .

After three months has stopped making froth and just makes warm milk. Was great while it was working!

Bought this and it seems to always leak! Was so excited about it but it doesn’t get as hot as I thought and no matter how much I fill, it leaks regardless.

So disappointed. I used whole milk and keep below the max. Every time I get an overflow puddle. I'd give it a one star but it does make good milk...
