I just got this with my coffee machine and am very disappointed. It does not froth well at all. I have another one of a different brand that is about 20 years old and it does a much better job. In my opinion not worth the cost.

purchased machine with component about 6 months ago- and unfortunately it already is beginning to show signs of the frothing ability not working. It doesn’t froth the milk as it used to .. and it more just bubbles the top layer . Disappointed .. I love my milk frothed and truly a great asset to the machine . I don’t know what’s wrong with it .

I have had this for a few months, and a majority of the milk remains un-frothed when using the cold setting. It also leaks out of the top when on the warm setting even though the liquid is below the recommended line.

It works well frothing but does not get the milk hot enough.
