The bottle itself is very beautiful and high quality. However, Target’s shipping and handling of these bottles has been really bad. I’ve seen plenty of people complaining on forums about receiving dented bottles and I took my chances. Unfortunately, I received the same outcome. My bottle came with a very large 3 inch dent that was deep enough that it showed through the inside of the bottle. I was pretty devastated to have to return this limited edition drop knowing that I wouldn’t be able to exchange it. Very disappointed. If you can, stick to picking up the bottle in store if that option is available to you.

Ordered the last one at my target and they gave me the completely wrong one, had to return. I was so excited! And it still doesn’t show out of stock, just limited stock. Disappointed:(

I wouldn’t know how to review the actual item because I can’t get the item delivered. This is now the third time it has had to be resent. The address is the same as every other order I have ever placed. Their customer service is less than helpful. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with target. I buy from target often and have never had issues but after this experience, I don’t know that I will want to shop with target again.

I love this water bottle other than the fact that the special edition design came off with the sticky part of the Owala packaging label.

My order arrived dented on the bottle. Disappointed:( I would suggest going to the store or having it ship to the store so you can see if there is no scratches or dent on the bottle.

Review rating is based upon the fact that the bottle arrived with two dents in it. Being stainless steel, it takes a bit of effort to cause dents unless it was dropped at another store and they didn’t care and packed it up, or similar situation in a warehouse. The box it arrived in was NOT dented or smashed. Extremely disappointed in Target for letting this slip by. These are not cheap bottles, so I would expect better care.
