Works great but don't hold a charge long better off purchasing the one that plug in

Our machine is brand new and we have not be able to use it since the battery will not charge. I have tried calling to speak to someone at customer service and hold tomes are more than 2 hours. no one ever picked up. Are they really that busy with complaints?

my sister gifted me this on Thanksgiving I was just trying to clean up my sofas, but the battery died in less than five minutes and I put it on charge so it took two hours to charge it so I don't think It's worth it two hours charging just to clean five minutes. Very disappointed waste of money.

Battery last maybe 10 minutes. It will take me days to shampoo a small recliner and living room rug.

The Vacuum cordless cleaner is good but the cordless battery is horrible, this was my first time, i would not buy a cordless product in my life Again.

Too pricey for the item.didn't clean like it states it will.really disappointed

Opened box ready to set up went to fill tank and saw it was cracked and of course they don't have the tank for the cordless onepwr clean slate pet

I bought this thing last night and charged the battery over night. I checked the status of the battery to make sure it was fully charged before I used it today and I got 10 mins of use out of it before the battery died on me. I thought I had accidentally pushed a button, but nope. The suction isn't strong at all, so now I'm left with a sopping wet bed that I have to soak up with towels because this thing is useless. I'll be returning tomorrow.

Battery holds a charge for only 10 mins and 30 seconds. Then I have to wait 30 mins for the Battery to cool down just to be able to charge it again. I am very disappointed
