Really, I can't say anything bad about the product except that I feel it is difficult to use. If you like these types of irons, then go for it....but I found it really frustrating.

The glove was a nuisance and hard to grab hair sections with. Hair kept getting caught on glove and the overall product was just difficult to use. I prefer using my straightener to create waves and curls.

I did not like this at all and I love hot tools products. The curl on this was not nice...I had better curls with one from the drugstore. I was disappointed as I usually love all hot tools products.

Maybe I don't know the technique for this type of iron, but I got really frustrated, really quick. I have coarse thick hair and even while using the glove I had a hard time curling my hair. It quickly went back.

I’ve had the iron for less than a year and it already stop working / heating entirely... what a disappointment

This was great while it lasted. I have had this for 2 months and now it has stopped working. The return window is only 30 days. I have already had to purchase another.

I returned this item because it does not get hot enough and the barrel is too short. I use Hot Tools Marcel Irons often for work, but this iron is not professional grade. I would not recommend it. I ended up spending the extra $60 for the HAI wand instead; it works great!

I am not happy with this product. I have no idea how to use it either. I have tried and tried to figure this one it....but I can't. It says it is a curling iron...but how do you use it?! There is no way I can tell people that this a good product!

Returned it, it did not curl my hair properly. It looked pretty awful, I even allowed 2 other people to try it on their hair and attempt to use it on my hair. Hair just constantly fell off of the wand, a clip is necessary

Very hard to get used to. I have used this for a couple of weeks now and I'm still trying not to burn myself. It is just a wand without anything to hold your hair. I like the curl that it put in my hair, but my fingers pay the price. It does help to youtube on how to curl with this iron though.
