Stopped working/getting hot after using 4 times

Was a gift so haven’t heard back yet

After I read all of the comments on this product I thought that it would be so good. It was terrible. It did not curl my hair at all. I would not recommend this item to anobody it is not worth it at all

My hair is just too thick for this tool to handle. Disappointing, because I was really looking forward to giving it a try.

Used it twice and now it no longer heats at all. Such a waste of money.

Please help. I just bought this 6 months ago and it broke and won't heat. Please send a new one!!

Did not do what I had hoped. The curler did not make curls. The curler made waves that did not last even as waves. The waves flattened out. I was very disappointed.

Curls don't hold past a few hours even with the heat turned almost all the way up. Have better curls with other brands.

It doesn’t work that well, the curls don’t stay.

My hair constantly slid off, I think that was due to the tapering.. Bummed, everyone raves about these wands but I find my regular curling iron is much faster and actually curls! Sadly returning
