This was wonderful at 1st but then I went on vacation and was going to use it and it is completely broken of course passed the window that I can return it. Don't buy this

Used this curling wand a couple times, but it failed to heat up afterwards. It worked well enough while it lasted, but broke almost after no use.

Loved this when it worked, however it only lasted two years before it stopped turning on. Would rather invest more money in something that isn't essentially disposable.

I was so excited to get this and when I finally used it I was absolutely disappointed! I had the heat turned up and it barely gave my hair a curl! Garbage!

I have always liked the hot tools products but this wand doesn't work at all. No matter the temp I use it doesn't curl my hair. I've never had this problem with hot tools before and I have several of their other products.

This is the second time I have ordered this tool. They both died when using a converter to use overseas. Apparently this only works in the states. This should not happen. I won’t be re ordering again for the third time.

This wand barely got hot and wouldn't curl my hair enough. I have medium fine hair that is easy to curl, and it would go limp after 15 minutes. I had it up to the highest setting and I could tell it wasn't getting hot enough.

Stopped worked after less than one year. I used this once or twice a week for less than a year and now it won’t stay on or stay hot when I turn the switch to on. Waste of money.

It didn’t heat up at all compared to the gold versions of their irons. I just couldn’t get it to heat up enough, even when it was cranked to the highest heat option. My hair would be straight again by the time I got to work in the morning. Had to return and opted for their curl bar instead.

I've had this wand for a few months and have only used it a handful of time. I liked how easy it was to use and the curls it made, but the iron no longer heats up. The light is on indicating it's 'heating' but it actually isn't. I've tried different outlets and temperatures but the iron just does not get hot anymore. Disappointed it is already broken :(
