IF YOU DECIDED TO BUY THIS THINKING THERE WAS A HEAT RESISTANCE GLOVE THINK AGAIN...... NO GLOVE

It stopped working only after one use. The light comes on but it doesn’t work . Bought it Dec 22, used it once. Tried to use it today but it won’t work. Wouldn’t have written this review if they had not told me return window has closed. Thought there is some kind of guarantee. Most appliances have a year guarantee. Wasted money.

I bought this curling wand back in September and I went to use it yesterday and it no longer gets hot and appears to be broken (even on the highest temperature). It gets warm to the touch, but not hot enough to curl my hair. I tried adjusting the settings and nothing seems to work. I threw away the packaging so I cannot return, but I am disappointed it only lasted a few months.

This is a fake version of hot tools & I want my money back :( it broke after using it 2 times. Not worth it…

I had this product once before but it only lasted abut a year. I made a mistake buying it again and it’s clearly defective. I thought it was just new and I needed to figure out the temperature control, but even at the lowest temperature it’s burning my hair. Such a waste :(

Does not curl long hair, falls straight within minutes.

I'm a licensed professional. I have SEVERAL hot tools curlers. I needed this size which wasn't currently at the beauty supply. I gave Amazon a shot. This was a total piece of junk. Complete waste of money. No WAY was this made by Hot Tools. It had the heat setting dial but for sure never reached the temperatures it said it was designed to do. I should have known better when I saw the colors of the iron. No gold.

This product is the correct barrel size for my hair which is also baby fine and never has a problem curling. Yet I can never get this curling iron to curl my hair even on the hottest setting. Unfortunately, I also passed the product return window because I kept trying and had hair stylists use it on my hair as well because I thought I was victim of operator error. This curling iron has great reviews. Maybe there is something wrong with the one I received. But for me this was a one star.

Hot Tools iron reached high temps and gave me great results with my stubborn hair. Unfortunately, it crapped out after a year and was used less than 10 times. Probably only used about 6 times, actually.

Did not like the product at all. The barrel is super slippery and doesn’t hold the hair once it’s wrapped around it even though I held it. The quality of the glove is very thin and cheaply made. The end result was poor, made my hair even more frizzy and puffy almost looked as if I had braided it overnight. Not the look I was going for. Wouldn’t pay 60$ for this product.
