did not arrive with the glove!

Omg I used to have this curling iron and LOVED IT. Then about a year ago I lost it and I just bought it again. I went to use it this morning and it LEGITAMATELY burnt my hair to crisps. Like clumps immediately fell out when I took the iron off. I had it on high heat but that’s the way I used to use it and it was totally fine. I’m not sure if my hair totally changed or this iron changed but the entire front of my hair is burnt to a crisp. Do nooootttt recommend

Unfortunately I can’t rate this product as it didn’t work and I had too return it.

I ordered this iron, my sister has the same one and loves it. It arrived and does not work. Wanted to try to exchange or return but I threw away the original packaging before trying it out.

They sent me a curling iron not a wand

This wand DOES NOT curl your hair. I used it on the hottest setting, took small pieces of hair and it didn't even wave. Couldn't return. It either. Out of money and have a wand I will NEVER use.

I had the older version of the hot tools wand with the grey barrel and I absolutely loved it and used it for years! I used it so much that it ended up dying on me, so I bought this one, since they discontinued the old model :(. This one sucks to say the least. I was very disappointed. I spent 3 hours on my hair (because it’s so thick) and it looked horrible. My hair was frizzy right after I finished and it didn’t hold the curl that well. Luckily I found someone selling their old wand somewhere else, thank god! I hope hot tools will come back with the old version because their new wands don’t work that well, especially not on mixed hair. They must be made out of a different material or something.
