I love the color of this umbrella!. But the quality is beyond poor. One windy day, it falls and snaps and two places! It couldn’t even withstand a wind! I have it in a very heavy base but still it fell. Not only did it fall over but it landed on one of my pots causing it to knock over and break. I tried to reattach it, but it’s broke forever. Very disappointed spring is just starting. Save your money.

The umbrella itself is well made and put together. The poles are flimsy, cheap. Improve the quality of the poles.

Purchased on April 7th and received on April 14th. Started using on our patio table a few weeks later. At first the umbrella seemed nice and work well but on August 1st the rope that pulls up the umbrella when you open it snapped. We have not put it up and down that much and have made sure to put it down any time it is windy or stormy. It seems like it must have been weak or not put together well for how quickly it broke. We only got about 3 months out of it and for not opening and closing every day that seems like poor quality.

I love this umbrella. Unfortunately, it has a poorly designed pulley system because the rope shown in this promo photo broke on our second umbrella. We ordered this, it broke in a matter of weeks. Returned it for a replacement, and it happened again. Refunded and looking for an alternative. Too bad because the color choices are many and it's otherwise well made.

This is the second umbrella we bought this year. The first one was damaged when the rope on the inside broke and there's not way to replace this one. We just got this one and put it up. Most of it is fine, except that there are two panels that are very thin and so much so that there's a hole in it! Picture attached. Very disappointed.

The pole for our umbrella is not aluminum. The pole is rusting badly and leaving stains on the pool deck.

Was unable to add round ball to top of umbrella pole, as threads were broken off snd/or not there on 2 of 3 umbrellas.

Disappointed with this item.... have had it less than one & half weeks and only used it once... One of the spokes has completely torn the holder & another one is about to tear through (see pictures). I can probably fix it but the quality of this umbrella is pretty low. I know it was not too expensive, however one would expect it to last more than a couple weeks and one use. Otherwise it was easy to install and crank the lever to lift the umbrella. I do not have the box or packing items left to return it.
