The umbrella came and looked nice and seemed sturdy. Less than a month later and one of the ribs is bent. I was really expecting the "8 aluminum ribs for extra strength" would have lasted longer before getting damaged. There doesn't seem to be a warranty or contact information for Blissun that I can find.

This product did not hold up at like it said it would. A gust of wind took it and broke it only after I had it a couple weeks.

Just opened it up. Besides the screw top cap missing, the stripes were sewn together randomly and pattern does not match up at all. Because of that it looks cheaper than it is otherwise. N

Bought two matching umbrellas for the deck in July - both looked great and operated fine. This is the one I use the most, and it just snapped while I was sitting under it. No strong gust of wind, just a slight breeze. The metal is awfully thin and certainly can't be fixed.

3 weeks down, the umbrella is a little tilting one side after two 15 min storms. Not sure I will keep them, I bought 2. Quality not great.

Disappointed after a couple rain showers and hose offs already seeing rust run off. Which is staining the fabric tops. Have only had these for a few weeks

THE UMBRELLA is so tall I have to get a STEP LADDER to tilt it and then UNTILT it to take it down after a days use. NOT PEOPLE FRIENDLY.

You may want to shop for a better quality even if it means payinjg a little more. I just bought this and the sewing is already coming apart.

I recognize that this umbrella was very competitively priced, but the umbrella showed up with damaged fabric, pulled thread throughout, and the threaded connection for the top cap was bent so badly we couldn’t install the cap. I didn’t expect the best materials, but I did anticipate a whole and undamaged product. Overall very disappointed, and I would not purchase this again.

Bought orange umbrella. Bright and cheerful. Faded out in 2 months. Won't be able to use it next year. Now dull and gloomy.
