The media could not be loaded. The first umbrella that came was torn so I had to send it back for a replacement which came in only 2-3 days so that was good but now this umbrella's hinge is loose and the top of the umbrella leans and creeks and snaps with the slightest of breezes and I doubt won't even last the summer out. Disappointed to say the least.

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to get this umbrella for the yard, except umbrella came with a bent arm. It is not as sturdy as I would have imagined for the price. I would like another one sent to me but Amazon only offers a return process. It’s getting harder and harder to get quality items delivered from Amazon without it being a complete and total hassle if item comes damaged. Not worth the hassle

I purchased this umbrella at the end of July. I was so happy when I received it. Beautiful bright red easy to assemble. I was very pleased. Unfortunately it is now pink. we liked it so much in the beginning we were going to buy a second one as a backup. I'm glad we didn't. Still holds up fine. Works just fine. But as I said it is pink. My excitement and enthusiasm has faded just like this umbrella.

The umbrella seemed like it would work for us and did tilt as advertised. However, the night after setting it up, we experienced some strong winds. With the umbrella in a heavy base and closed (note: there is no tie to keep the cloth down), it was moved from its original location. Unfortunately the quality of the pole appears to be weak as the pole was severely bent and ended up breaking (the metal was thinner than expected). This umbrella would likely work well in no-wind conditions (though I can't speak to it's durability over time since ours only lasted a few hours)... but if you are second guessing this umbrella due to occasional windy days, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Began to fade weeks after setup and tighteners come loose quickly.

We were excited about finding a tall umbrella for our pool. We have an umbrella hole in the tanning ledge for it. However, we were super disappointed to find that the top half of the "sturdy aluminum pole" arrived bent. Not happy about that and will be returning it. It really put a damper on things.

You get what you pay for. This is OK but won’t last. It’s light. We needed a small 3rd one. Would not be a good choice for your main tables. It’s good enough for what we need. I’m guessing 3 seasons worth before it breaks. I’m reading it fades quickly. Will wait and see.

Nice, heavy umbrella. Beautiful colors. Covers a large area. Bought this style because we needed a tiling umbrella on our patio at our beach house. String broke the first time we put it up and tried to tilt it. Can't return it because it is past the return window. Very disappointing.

These look very nice. I bought 2 of these 3-4 weeks apart, while the second was in transit the 1st was broken by minimum wind gust. The problem is that the crank up mechanism does not lock the umbrella closed and there is no tie strap to keep it closed either. So in my case while in the closed position a small wind gust opened the umbrella, another gust took the open umbrella and bent the pole also separated the top pole at the tilt mechanism. This is now garbage from a small thunderstorm, only had it for 3 weeks, have bought a bungee to secure the one that remains. I have had others that had no problem like this.

Within a month the color has completely faded in this umbrella. I purchased the same item a month prior and it's fine, this particular umbrella is now a faded bluish-gray; so instead of having two nice blue umbrellas i have mismatching color. The base pole in it also rusts very bad, the other one is in perfect condition.
