Perfect umbrella for price and size of what we needed for our porch. Unfortunately the top of umbrella had some marks and it seems like it was a used item based on the marks and the packaging. Will include photos once the Amazon error allows me. Not going through hassle of returning after waiting so long, disappointed.

this is a nice umbrella for a good price but ive had mine only a couple weeks and already the color ahs faded a lot,i have the dark green option and where ive had it closed mostly due to inclament weather when opened it actually has stripes from the sun,i live in virginia so its not overly hot,,,so i probably wont purchase anything else from this vender,,,

I will start off by saying I like the look of the umbrella but even though it is made of aluminum, it is not very strong as one of the ribs has already broken after a month of use. I purchased this as a replacement of an older, faded umbrella that had wood ribs that I have had for 8 years which I passed on to my neighbor. I had a new deck built last year so I wanted a good looking umbrella but it was certainly a mistake purchasing this. It's going in the trash bin.

Will not purchase this brand again. The color fades fast and it is not very durable.

Pour quality & umbrella does not open completely

I purchased the blue and white striped umbrella and it was beautiful.......but it faded after a year. Now I have a purple and white striped umbrella. I took notes from the reviewers and purchased Scotchguard Water and Sun Shield. That didn't help either. I'm gonna try another manufacturer for my next umbrella. I've already purchased a cover for it!

We haven't used this umbrella due to inclimate weather and lots of wind. It has been folded down since we received it a little more than a month ago (July 12). I noticed that it looked like the material exposed to the sun looked faced, so I opened it up and lo and behold it is faded! We are far from pleased!!

Well...we bought 3 umbrellas. Two are perfectly fine, one arrived either damaged and we didn't notice or since the one time we opened it, it became bent. ? Either way, as much as I would like to give this product rave reviews, I have to question its quality. "You get what you pay for" probably applies here. (We are outside our return window by 2 days, so not sure of their customer service).

Seemed good out of the package. Went to turn it down as it started raining. Snapped by the tilt mechanism. Not well bilt.
