It's a pretty nice looking unit. The wood veneer frame is very solid and it has clean lines with the glass. The remote is a little clunky and the brick backing is not the best look. But it gets hot immediately, so very good for cold weather. Light effects are nice too.

The remote didn't work when it arrived. I contacted the service department at the email in the box and got no response after 2 emails.

The heat isn't that warm but it look great.

When I ordered it I did not realize it had a faux brick pattern on the inside, which makes it look cheap in person. I also don’t like that I can’t turn the rainbow lights off at all if the heat is on. The worst part though is that it doesn’t produce enough heat for the small area I bought it for. It’s definitely not worth the $200+ I spent on it.
