I got no paperwork. No remote etc. Not real happy at this moment

I have had a damaged fireplace for weeks. Refund has not been issued. Multiple emails and photos and no refund.

When I ordered it I did not realize it had a faux brick pattern on the inside, which makes it look cheap in person. I also don’t like that I can’t turn the rainbow lights off at all if the heat is on. The worst part though is that it doesn’t produce enough heat for the small area I bought it for. It’s definitely not worth the $200+ I spent on it.
