Its easy to install if you're handy.

The fence itself is well designed. Nice material. Fence wasn't too bad to install. After sale support disappointing.

Incomplete (noted as “used - very good”) - missing plastic sleeves which get anchored in concrete.

Don't even think about trying to do this project without the separate drill guide. The most important thing to verify is the tilting angle of the corner poles and outside radius poles. We had to re-drill several holes because the instructions were pretty lame. Also, the gate had to be installed backwards, so that the hardware would fit on the frame. This project took two and a half days to install, so it is definitely not just a weekend project. We had (12) 12' long sections and one gate.

We bought 6 pack for the fence. 5 of them came without the bottom caps. I am not sure how to get it. Can't find the Contact info anywhere. I am about to return all if I do not find the parts.

Pretty much no assembly easy to install real sturdy. Very poor customer service from DYI I was missing the deck sleeves reached out to them four or five times still not heard back from him

I purchased 6 sections for pool fence. But sleeve parts are missing in two of the six sections. The fence is not working as expected. There is no option on the order detail website to contact the seller to ask for the missing parts. Hope the seller see my review and contact me for the missing sleeves.

I purchased 4 sets of these that were discounted due to package damage, but it said excellent condition and did not indicate any damaged or missing parts. When they arrived, 2 of the sets were missing the plastic sleeves and end caps necessary for installation. If I had known this, I would not have purchased these.

Directions are written well but there a few sets so it’s kind of confusing. The little plastic inserts are poorly made, I broke 6 already and I’m only on the first section... quality seems to be good, minus the inserts...

Two of the panels are a bit saggy. Otherwise the fence is easy to install. No matter what I have tried those panels will not stand tight. It is serving its purpose for now.
