The actual product is great, does exactly what is should and seems good quality. The actual shipping and delivery of item left a lot to be desired. I don't know what is going on with Prime but I sure don't seem to be getting "Prime" service. Item ordered on Wednesday to be delivered Saturday?? Thing is it still was not delivered until Monday!! No good reason, just didn't make it!

I would rate the actual fence a 5 star but I would give their customer support a 1 star. I originally purchased the 6 gates, drill guide, and gate. As I was installing, I decided that I needed 2 more gates which I promptly bought. When the new boxes arrived they were torn at the top. The gates were intact and fine, but the small pegs were all missing. I called and talked to a representative on 5 different occasions and left messages on 3 separate occasions. They informed me each time that they would ship the missing pieces immediately and that they would also send the information to my email so I could track the package. None of this happened. I ended up spending another 22 dollars on the missing parts. The money is not an issue, but I spent 1,200 dollars on the fence. You would think they would at least send me 22 dollars worth of replacement parts. Anyway, if you have any issues, i hope you have better luck than I did.

The mesh fencing material appears to be good quality. However, the metal rods and sleeves are much too short to withstand that lateral pressure that a child might put on the fence and the feedback that the item is difficult to plumb is a direct result of the rods and sleeves being too short. An option is to drive oversized metal pipe into the ground/deck/concrete and create a collar adapter for the metal rods to increase the strength of the fence and distribute the center of gravity better.

We have an above ground pool and our county requires a fence around it. Fencing is a very expensive project. This product is convenient and relatively cheap. I would recommend to make the steel pegs MUCH longer so that it can be inserted in bare ground (grass)

Product was as described and fairly easy to install. Company was good to deal with. I purchased an open box section from amazon and none of the hardware came with it. I called the company and spoke with a live person immediately and they quickly rushed the hardware out to me. Plastic inserts are a little brittle and the rings around the top tend to break off when removing the poles making it impossible to put the caps on them. I'm giving this item three stars though becuase the product isn't ASTM certified and my pool inspector wouldn't consider this satisfactory as a pool fence. After doing some reasearch I have found that there are other brands that look exactly the same that are ASTM certified. I have no doubts that this fence would hold back the strongest toddler so if that's what you are wanting to do then buy with confidence. I purchased this fence to pass my inspection and it did not do so. I have a feeling that many inspectors would pass it but you are taking a gamble.

We chose this fence, over a wood picket fence, with the idea that it would be removed once the kids are a bit older (They are currently 5 and 2). The fence is not as sturdy as I would have liked. There seems to be considerable give when pushed on the poles; however, the fence looks good and provides a visual reminder to the kids not to go near the pool. If the 5 year wasn't a good listener about being careful by the pool and never going alone, I'd be concerned with the sturdiness of the fence and would have returned it for something more permanent. I believe that this will stop an accidental fall, which was our primary reason for purchasing. Overall it's a decent fence for a reasonable price.
