It sometimes takes a few times of putting the fitbit on the charger to see the charging start even if it is firmly connected. When it connects it works well and charges in a decent amount of time. There is no visual indicator of charging. It's works well for the cost

It does not charge with protective case on watch. Have to strip off the band then case to charge. Very inconvenient for me. I returned it.

Its a decent charger so far. Only issues is there is no plug with it so supply your own power source and if you are using a supcase beetle band you will have to remove it from the band to charge your fitbit.

The only problems I have with it is it has a very short cord and plug in is USB that can not be changed out for one of the longer USB cords. If you set it on a dresser or nightstand you need an extension cord.

You have to have our FitBit just right when placing on the charger. The band must be tight around the unit.

I love this charger, but there is a major downside for me. When I have a case over the actual watch part of the watch, I cannot use this charger. The top part of the charger makes it to where the metal connections cant reach each other when a case is on.

Often when I take it off the charger, it hasn’t. I bought it thinking i wouldn’t have to fuss with the pin line up.

While it works, you have to be careful how you place your Fitbit on for charging. You would think that when the magnets seat the Fitbit that it would be ready to go right? Well I couldn’t figure out why my battery kept getting so low, until I realized that it wasn’t charging every night. Once I learned that I had to wiggle it around until I saw the battery graphic, all went well.

The bands are a little stiff. Was hoping they would be more rubbery. Also, the springs are a little touchy. Hard to get it just right to where it doesn't slide out on one side. But, for the price, good deal!

Works with my Inspire fitbit but I am finding it takes 4-5 attempts to get it to seat correctly in the charger in order for it to charge. It can be finicky at times to get it to work correctly.
