The word wireless got me so I ordered. Only watch is wireless, phone and airpods has to be inserted to a plug. Not good and overpriced for the design. Return or replacement policy is expansive. Look all of the pictures before you buy.

Was working well but sometime now it does not charge

I've had this for about 6 months and it will only charge my Fitbit if I hold it in place. Otherwise it doesn't do anything.

I have to take my protective rubber cover off in order to charge it.....what a pain!

I could not get the Fitbit to charge with this device. I returned it and got a refund.

Slim, and functional, it unfortunately QUIT functioning after only a few uses. From what I can figure out, the internal wiring seems to have shorted out or become unattached, as I was able to shake it a couple times and get it to work again, but is now completely dead.

Stopped working after 2 weeks. Would return but threw packaging away after a week.

I bought this product after all the good reviews. But I am completely disappointed. I can only get it to work about 25% of the time— the Fitbit does not slide easily into the slot and I’ve spent way too much time trying to wrangle it. Just be aware of this when you buy- it looks simple. It’s not.

UPDATE: After a few months, the minimal fidgeting to get the fitbit to sit on the charger properly became more and more difficult. I gave up on it and started using a replacement without stand which is still working so far. _____________________________ Charger works. Magnet could be stronger but it is decent. This one You have to fidget with it a bit to make sure it is charging, but it does the job and charges quick too. Much better than my original one from fit bit which was absurdly short and would not stick to the device.... I had to tape that one to the charger to have a chance at charging and that didn’t always work. It wouldn’t work with anything out side it, but I don’t use any covers so non issue for me.

This product does give a pretty decent charge… My only real complaint is that it doesn’t actually hold your phone up. The folding back support piece for the phone doesn’t actually provide support, my phone is tilting back on the charging port and I feel that might damage my port.. that’s the only issue but to me that’s a HUGE issue because I no longer want to use it. I don’t want to take the chance in damaging my charging port on my phone. If that piece was stronger/sturdy I would def give 4 stars… it’s compact, easy to pack, and it does work.
