The charger worked great for a few months. I loved having the long cord compared to the short corded charger that comes with your Fitbit. Now it is useless to me because it no longer charges my Fitbit.

My dog knocked it over and the metal band on my watch got stuck to the magnet and shorted it out. I discovered it from the burning smell and it was charred and melted together.

I just bought this charger in March and it’s already stopped working (it’s June as I’m writing this). I’ve only used it a handful of times; how can it already be broken? There are no visible signs of damage and I’ve had it in the same spot since I unboxed it so it can’t be anything I’ve done. I’ll never buy from this company again.

I previously had ordered a Fitbit Inspire HR but it did not come with a charger. I tried twice to get the correct charger and I just gave up. So I have this Fitbit that I cannot charge so it is useless, and a charger that doesn't work on it. I'm disappointed. Don't know what to do next? Perhaps a store that sells Fitbit will open at some point and I'll eventually will use the Fitbit...

Not sure I would recommend this gadget or even the brand. Purchased two of these. Worked excellent for about a month and that was the end of it!! So annoyed that I got rid of the packaging to return these items. Waste of my money. Also I never bothered reaching out to Amazon to see if I had other options for returning them.

Although this charger comes with instructions, no matter how I did as they say to adjust the position until it charges, it simply would NOT charge my FitBit Inspire HR. I gave up after 15 minutes of trying to get it to work. I’m returning it immediately!
