Sometimes it works and others all you hear is the beep. Heat doesn’t seem to work on both sides. Returning and purchased another brand.

The device is hard to use. You can’t tell what mode it is on. And it does not stay onto the neck muscle if your head is facing straight. Your head needs to be bend down and with the help of gravity, the device then will be touch your neck and muscles. My neck felt more painful afterwards. I wish that this is refundable. Will not recommend this product to anyone!

This item does not work all it does is give you a little tingling on the back of your neck yes I know how to use the item and I’ve tried it several times I also try to return it and they said it is not eligible for returns just wasted $60 please be aware

I could have spent the money on something that will give more value to the dollar not only my money was wasted on this worthless piece of plastic but everything this piece is said to have is misleading it works when it wants to / dosen't charge properly and you can barely feel it. It burns your neck / almost burnt my wife’s hair and instead of messaging your neck it nums it and at times shocks you. What a complete waste of money .i thought I was buying something worthy for my wife's birthday but I was embarrassed Don't you ever buy this take it from me

Remote control came with dead battery. After reading about ten pages of warnings relinquishing the manufacturer from health and safety liability, I was able to activate the heat function, but not massage/vibration functions. Dust and dirt on the item leads me to believe it returned by a previous owner. Unfortunately, this is a “non-returnable item due to dangerous gasses and/or chemicals.” It is not comfortable to wear, and I would return it if it weren’t a HAZARDOUS item.” What a waste of time and money!

After purchasing one of these "massagers" I had to return it because the massage part if it did not work. I was able to return it and received a new one right away....only to find that the massage feature did not work on the new one either. I cannot spend any more time on this defective product but can help others who are considering buying this. I feel ripped off :(

First the massager was way to big second the cord is not long at all and I read the reviews and it said it has awesome pressure it just vibrates waste my hard working money again 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑

You get a $3 card if you give them 5 stars. Well not for this piece of crap that on day 34 started too get louder and louder as I use it for my sciatic nerve on occasion. Don’t buy if you wii end up returning, at least in my experience. If your luck I can’t return 68 days.
