Got shocked by product. And sure it’s easy to use if only it worked as described. Not for me. Back it goes.

This item literally shocked my neck on several occasions when I attempted to use it. I would like a refund.

This product has not worked since it was delivered. I replaced the lithium battery in it as well. Still nothing. The product will not charge. and the instruction booklet is crap. DO NOT BUY! Oh, great. and now I cannot even return it. It's not allowed. $50 WASTED
