WORKS GOOD. A LITTLE HEAVY FOR ME, BUT IT DOES GET THE KNOTS OUT OF MY BACK.

I use this thing anytime I feel sore or have kinks. Def worth it for the price! I only use the low setting so it is more like kneading. Only downfall is the cord isn’t very long

I enjoy the feeling left after the massage and pulses, especially with the heat. I feel like the heat helps the circulation around my neck muscles to help release tension. I wish it was a bit less expensive, but if I use it as much as I think I will, it'll pay for itself.

I cant find any complaints about it so far. I am satisfied with my purchase and I do recommend buying this and it would make a good gift for someone. For those who suffer from arthritis, it can be a little heavy for them, though.
