This product has very poor quality, the parts have manufacture defective parts which made it impossible to assembled the pieces together as the holes are not aligned up. The seller will not provide free return shipping label. They ask me to pay $120 to ship them back. Very poor customer service. Don’t buy this furniture as you are not able to return them if there is anything wrong or damaged .

Keep looking!! We bought this liking the fact you could change the pieces to how you wanted and it was cheaper than most outdoor furniture but the assembly was an absolute nightmare!!! The instructions were garbage and nothing was labeled so you had to guess where each piece went, and a lot of cases it looked like it would fit until you assembled the last piece. We almost returned it because of that fact alone but finally managed to figure out how to piece it all together. Now not even 3 months later it is already RUSTING!!! Very, very displeased that an outdoor furniture set would rust already..

My 7 Pieces Patio Furniture Set arrived in several packages on the separate days. Some of the hardware was missing. It took me a long time to assemble the furniture. I also noticed the bolts were all exposed, which made them prone to rusting. There were three spots with loose plastic threads that I found to be annoying. Some of the hardware at the bottom of the furniture were screwed unevenly; they're not level. The furniture doesn't sit straight. The quality of cushions was low, and they slip off the furniture constantly. After three emails for about one month, I have not received the cover as promised. It seems to be just another scam. I wouldn't waste my money on this!

Has that plastic smell. Bolts/frame already leaving a rust spot on concrete for being out for 3 weeks. Not most comfortable. Cushion is cheap maybe 2 inches. Spend little more and get good quality that might last longer and not rust out in 3 weeks on your concrete. Prolly with good wind all the cushions will get blown away.

!!! Don't waste your money or time on this. The end product doesn't look anything like the pictures. Very cheap cushions and covers.. No matter if you iron covers they look wrinkled, because of the pour quality material. Parts come in 100 pieces and you have to follow stickers with letters on them to assemble only to find out parts are missing or they are cheap plastic that breaks when you.

Received today. Set looks great and I would love to use it, but it has arrived missing many pieces. Only have 4 seats, not the 6 shown. Only have 5 seat cushions, not the 6 shown. Do not have side pieces for the coffee table. Do not have the side piece to make one seat a corner seat. Right now, my rating is at 1 star as I await resolution in a timely fashion.

I bought this item it turns out that this is nice but not comfortable at all. The cushions are not water proof even a minor rain it gets sucked in water. Mines isn’t even 2 months since I purchased and it’s all molded. Stay away.

This furniture is awful. First, the cushions came squished in their packaging. This caused the cushions to have a crease. Most of them could be flipped and you can't tell so not a huge deal to me. After setting it up, I realized that the cushions we're falling down with the slightest bit of wind. The straps that hold the cushions were obviously not working. It is super frustrating to fix your furniture every time you want to sit down. I brought this up to the company and their suggestion was velcro. I tried that and it definitely doesn't work. This furniture didn't even last a month before the elastic that holds the cushions up was COMPLETELY shot. These cushions have no weight to them and if the straps don't work, they will go flying in the wind. Mind you, this furniture sits under a covered porch. This is not a quality assurance issue. It's just horrible furniture. I guess if you go into this purchase with the intent to buy new cushions, it might be a good purchase. It's nice to rearrange furniture but for the price, it was not worth the hassle to me.

As you can see the cushions are very cheap. Couch is nice. I highly recommend a 5 inch cushion when purchasing. What a DISSAPOINTMENT! I TRIED TO GET MANUFAC TURE TO SWAP OUT THE 2 INCH CUSHIONS EVEN OFFERED TO PAY. They gave me $100. Refund. That's not gonna help purchase 7 cushions. Live and learn. Never again

Very surprised to put it all together to only find out the cushions are terrible. Received it on May 7th and the cushions are already flat & uncomfortable. My family are not large people by no means, but yet the cushions are “formed to rear ends”.
