The backrest are to short .The assembly instruction are not good ,Also to return is not easy from 3rd party .No contact persons ,

It’s not worth the price. Made very cheap.

This was a huge waste of my time and money, the cushions just blow over Bc the elastic in them that holds them to the couch just gets ruined after an hour, worste way to spend over $500, wouldn’t recommend

Whoever made these instructions, they were smoking crack.

Very disappointed with the shipping, it took over a month however it had estimated delivery of 7-10 days. Very sturdy and comfortable furniture. Assembly might be kind of tricky since the nuts and bolts do not have label.

This sectional is junk, The cushions won't stay in place The back cushions are made with elastic bands to hold them in place, one has already broke. The plastic wicker seems very cheap and will likely break in a few years. It's very light and sometimes moves around when you sit on it. Scratches up my deck. Cushions never dry out when wet. shop around at a local store and assess what you buy.

very uncomfortable! the back is very short & uncomfortable on your back! the cushions are very thin & cheap plasticky material. the second we sat on it, we started shopping for new furniture!! save yourself the time & money!

I got the product with broken parts. In general the parts are very cheap. I was not satisfied with the quality and contacted the seller to return the product. The customer service has been the worst I have experienced. They keep sending me emails (they respond every 24 hours) avoiding my request. I have submitted a claim thru Amazon now.

Very dissatisfied. Poor quality. Rattan has holes and is missing pieces. Pillows flat and don’t stay in place. Would like to be contacted to set up a return. Thank you

We purchased this set 7 months ago. It looks nice, yes.. at first. But it’s terrible quality and I regret buying it. We have the set under a covered screened porch/patio. All the cushions have mildewed from the little bit of rain that gets on them and the elastic that holds the cushions in place have stretched out to wear they stay flopped over. Save your money and spend more on a set that will last. Don’t make the same mistake I made.
