I am easy to please but this was crazy. The set came with half the hardware missing, we could not in any creative way even assemble the table due to it being cut so completely wrong, it was a nightmare. If you can spend more elsewhere then do so. We have made what we could work and had to buy a ton of velcro to make the cushions not slide of during any breeze and while sitting on them.

The media could not be loaded. Cushions are already coming apart. The quality of the cushions are not good the weave part of the sectional is the best part. But, you’ll need better cushions within a month.

It looks nice but the seats are not very comfortable and the slid around even though they have a strap on the back and the coffee table is really undersized with all that being said we do use them and the are a lot cheaper then a set you would get out of a store

This set is very small… tiny. The assembly instructions aren’t clear. The quality is not good. Some of the wicker material was already frayed/cut. Amazon has a great return policy but I was too tired and exhausted to pack this up for a return. They got me. Save your money and get something of better quality by spending a few dollars more.

It looks good but we don’t spend to much time on it because is uncomfortable, the cushions don’t stay on place and they slide off. Maybe if you spend extra money on better cushions will be more comfortable. Some of the bolts are hard to get to like some people say and yes a angle drill will be nice. If it wasn’t so big and hard to disassemble I would send it back.

Do Not Purchase. Received one set of seats with wrong cushions and also missing clips and now getting the run around. Wrote to company that sold it to me and now being directed to contact the builder on Facebook?! Buyer beware

We got one of the three boxes a week ago. Contacted the seller who said FedEx was having issues with delays due to Covid-19 and sent me tracking numbers for the other two boxes that showed only 'label created' - the packages have not even left the seller's facility. Best case scenario now is that I get all the pieces now maybe 2 weeks apart. This is extremely frustrating.

I am given this product 2 stars because it shipped faster than expected, and because the couch overall looks nice and does the job… But buyers beware that 3 key components of the product description are just not true: 1. Corner sofas are not reclinable/tiltable… they are just plain corner pieces with no moving pieces at all 2. Cushions don’t come with straps in the back to keep them in place… the cushions are just plain cushions 3. The product doesn’t come with clips to keep the different pieces attached. As such, the pieces definitely come apart as you move Those are what I feel are 3 components that made this piece different from a lot of other similar pieces for sale, and those were part of why I chose this product, so it was very disappointing to just not get what was advertised
