Nice set but the cushions are absolutely horrible. The fabric is slippery. Uncomfortable to sit on. They keep slidding off not to mention get dirty really quick. A little rain and they stain. It would have been an awesome purchase but now I need to shop for new cushions. Have other outdoor furniture with cushions for years and it still looks new. These look awful. Update*** The cushions are NOT waterproof as it states. The covers get wet and the inserts are soaked!!!! I would give it zero stars if I could.

We ordered the 7 piece outdoor sectional set 11 months ago. Today is is going in the garbage. I am tired of looking at this rusting, faded, uncomfortable hunk of junk. We live in California, and this was mainly covered during a very dry mild winter. This sectional is complete garbage. We paid over $745 for a 7 piece sectional. That is about $106 per piece. These pieces are honestly not worth $10 each, and probably are made from less than $2 worth of material. They have the cheapest most uncomfortable pads that are "held" on by weak elastic that wears out in days and leaves the cushions to slip off the sectional pieces any time you attempt to briefly sit on them. I have been purchasing on Amazon for over a decade. I understand that often products do not match their description accurately, often items are different from your expectations, and sometimes you feel disappointed as a customer through no fault of the seller. This is not one of those times. This outdoor sectional is hands down the worst item I have ever ordered on Amazon. That includes an automated drink dispenser that was leaching battery acid into my beverage. I don't just feel disappointed, I would say I feel violated. This purchase is that bad. Stay as far away as you can. I have no idea how this sectional has any good reviews, makes you wonder....

I am begining to wonder how many of these review are from actually happy customers. These seats are so low to the ground, they are uncomfortable. Pretty, yes, usable, no. This is junk. I would not buy again and I would not recommend. I purchased this thinking it was a great buy. Do not make the same mistake as us. Now I have 3 boxes of these things which I am trying to return and the company just keeps going back and forth "will you take $100 refund?" - "No" - "will you take $150 refund?" - "NO" - .... Disappointed to say the least.
