I've been looking for a patio set for a few weeks. After comparing many different sets, I decided on this one because of the many positive reviews. They were all accurate. The set is rather easy to assemble. I did it myself in about two hours. The set is also really well built. I love that some of the cushions have straps on the back to keep them in place. I wish all of the cushions had that nifty black strap, though. This set looks great and is so comfortable. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Very happy with this set. Ordered it on a Thursday and had it by Wednesday. Watched a you tube video on assembly which helped. Came in 4 boxes. Took about 2 hours to assemble. We are lounging on it now and loving it!

I’m very pleased with the service it. Assembly wasn’t difficult, just a little time-consuming. The furniture is lightweight and easy to move and reconfigure into different set ups. Somehow it also feels sturdy. Like other reviewers, I found the cushions too slippery and added some cabinet grip material to help with that. For the price, this is a great set. Only time will tell as to hell it holds up to where in tear. For now, I’m very happy!

Overall the product is really nice for the price range. Anyone who's in the market for patio furniture knows how expensive it can get . So i built this patio by myself and it did take me about 5 hours (ha) . The instructions could've definitely been better and clearer. I attached a picture of an alone piece i didn't know you had to attach to the bottom of the seat in order to complete a full square on the bottom of the seat. This was nowhere in the instructions it was pretty much common sense at that point. The instructions only have pictures and no words. I do wish they had set instructions that paired along with whichever set up you are trying to build. They only showed the pictures of the different set ups and that's it so you have to pretty much puzzle it together to make it look like the picture . I mean after a little bit you get the hang of it as it gets repetitive. All the screws tightened with an allen wrench which is provided,i recommend you use gloves because by the end my thumbs were hurting ! Anyways I hope this helps someone .

I have had this about 2 weeks now and I am satisficed. The plain truth about the product is yes it is priced cheap and may not be as comfortable as the more expensive ones in stores. This product cost about 1/3 the price of what you can find at Costco or other stores. If you want luxury and comfort then spend $2000+, but if you want to save a lot of money for something affordable & less comfy, then go with this product. Honestly, the first few days I didn't not like it (if felt cheap), but after going to Costco, Big Lots, Sam's Club, I decided that this product is sufficient for the price that I paid.

We researched a lot of patio sets and this one came back with the best ratings and the best price point. It was nearly half of what other big box stores are selling similar products for. We really enjoy the adjustable corner cushion to be able to lay in a reclined position. The set came in 3 big boxes. Boxes 1 and 3 came on a Friday and the final box came on that following Wednesday. It gave us time to get it all put together. It was super easy to put together. Only one piece was slightly bent but it will still able to be used and didn't effect the overall quality. The couch is comfortable and we are really enjoying it!

This is a very sturdy, well-built outdoor couch set. It's very roomy and actually pretty comfortable. I think it's safe to say at this price point, you're not getting a premium cushion but for my family and I, we're very pleased and I have actually fallen asleep on it. I'm 6'4", 225 lbs and I actually fit on this couch. I've sat on other outdoor couches and I feel like they're made for kids. Seriously, if you're tall, this is the perfect couch. TIP: The cushions do slide around quite a bit. However, this is an easy fix but laying down some shelf and drawer liners. I used this brand and it works very well. Most of that time was tryin to decipher some of the instructions and figure out which hardware I needed to use. Their customer service is the true winner here. The couch comes in 3 boxes and like most reviewers stated, they sometimes get delivered a couple days apart. No big deal. I got boxes 1 and 3 on the same day but after a week of not receiving box 2, I contacted the seller directly to explain my issue. Pretty sure FedEx lost the box but after 2 quick email exchanges, they sent me the missing box and I received it in 2 days. I'm so happy they were understanding and didn't force me to make a claim with FedEx. I did do that already and have yet to hear back from anyone. I fully support this company not just because of the quality of their product and a realistic price that reflects it but their customer service is one of a kind. I highly recommend them
