I tried the kit for one night but my skin has reaction. It's itchy and some portion of my face has rashes. Can I return the kit and try other product might be that the product I used is not good for my skin.

I was very hopeful I’d be able to tolerate this product with its other skin barrier ingredients. I’ve tried it three different times, going slow. Each time, I get a very bad eczema flare that required me to go to the dermatologist for treatment.

Will not purchase again... I stopped using Retrin'AL 0.1 a month ago. I used for a year. I saw NO improvement on my forehead lines or around my mouth. Switched to another Retinol.

This is the first time I have tried a cream with retinol in it. Since I have very sensitive and reactive skin, I thought I can try Avene’s version because I’ve been using their products for a long time with no problems. Unfortunately after trying, my face started burning and getting red and I immediately washed my face and used Avene spring water to calm my skin. I’m disappointed because I thought this would be something for people like me with very sensitive skins and there wasn’t a mini size to try before buying the whole size cream.
