I bought this set to help visualize positions that I was studying out of a chess book. When the set arrived, one of the bishops was slightly deformed. Since it came with a little card that guaranteed quality, I decided to contact the manufacturer to see if I could get a replacement. Within 15 minutes, I had an email in my inbox replying that they would happily replace the piece, free of charge. Great customer service, courteous representatives, quick turnaround times, and standing behind their product.

Packs up neatly. Each piece has its own slot. Well constructed. Great gift for any age! I bought this for my 6 yr old grandson but I’d also buy this for an adult. It’s worth the money and I’d definitely buy this item again.

Definitely satisfied with this chess board. Reliable, strong. But not travel friendly since the board itself is quite heavy. But my husband and son have been enjoying playing chess with this chess board every night. So satisfied purchased 5/5

Good quality and it’s sturdy. I especially love the magnets, it’s not too strong, but strong enough so the pieces do not move around during a game, or even on a car ride !

Love the quality of the wood as well as the magnetic pieces, makes moving pieces across the board smoother.

Great chess board. The magnets are perfect for keeping pieces on board for little kids. Customer service is amazing. Had 1 broken piece and they replaced with 2 additional pieces no questions asked.

I can't say enough great things about this product. It could fool someone that it cost a lot more than it does. The children (10 and 15) I bought it for love using it in the car on trips. The magnets hold the pieces in place and the velveteen storage areas keep the pieces in pristine condition. One wish, that it came with a cloth bag for carrying. I made one with handles but that is a personal choice. It would look elegant placed on a table as well.

I'm a beginner at chess and I bought this so I would play a few games with my dad. Overall very good.
