I like the umbrella, and it was easy to assemble, but after the first year, it is faded. Very disappointed.

Won’t stay up. What use is an umbrella if it won’t stay up? It just keeps falling all uber the place.

Broken, not functioning. The string is cut so it won’t open. I will be returning it!!!

Very unstable, even after weighing down with brick pavers. The umbrella had to remain closed for safety. After only three months of placement outside, the umbrella no longer operates.

This thing is flimsy. The stitching at the ends of the rods has already blown out so now one side of the fabric is all scrunched up to one side and doesn’t provide much shade.

I have only had this umbrella for a week and the hinge already broke. When I crank to close it, the umbrella stays open and falls to the ground.

I haven't had this umbrella less than a year and it is crap!!! The thing came apart and then it flipped because there were no bars to keep it in place. Do not waste your money!!

This product didn’t last a year. Faded in first 3 months, developed holes bc of faded and weak spots. Then pulley rope snapped. Oh yea it was used about 12 times in that year. Very poor. And no response from their customer service

The umbrella was very wobbly in light wind. Only had 3 days the handle got stuck would not go up or down anymore. Had several black lines on it and no instructions or hardware with. I contacted them and they sent hardware but by then already broke.
