Not as sturdy as I would like..still topples over with weights on bottom of frame

You get what you pay for with this umbrella which is an inexpensive offset umbrella that has its drawbacks and will probably last a couple of years but functions as designed and advertised. Of course the base needs support! The tilt mechanism is a sliding plastic collar that requires some effort to work. The fabric is meh...adequate. It doesn't rotate. But you can't beat the price for an offset

Its a beautiful umbrella but does not come with anything to anchor it down. As long as there is no wind, its fine. The base should be made to anchor or at least a way to anchor it. This is perfect for a wood deck but not a slab. My area is a slab outside my kitchen not a deck.
