The pamphlet that we received did not come with assembly instructions in english. The only english in this pamphlet is under tips encouraging everyone to go to their website and write a 5* review. They even have examples of what to write in english, but no instructions in english, how ridiculous is that!

I’ve been hesitant to write reviews in the past but now that I have time I think it’s appropriate to share my opinion on some of these items that are well below my standards. This item broke within one week of use. If you plan on using it past a few days look elsewhere.

Piece of junk not sturdy the hinges are cheaply made! Poles are to flimsy the umbrella will not stay erect! PIECE OF CRAP!!!After you buy it they don’t want to here from! They will not return my money! I want to post pictures I’ll see if I can after I post this!!

Plastic piece already cracked during first use. The umbrella Portion I feel skeptical if it will hold up. We will see how long it lasts. Not very impressed especially how hard it is to raise and open up.Also had to bolt base down. You can’t use this at all it bout weight or bolting it to your deck.

Broke the first day we used it. Very disappointed. We bought it to shade our deck for our kids to play under. Very thankful our kids weren’t under it when it broke because the entire top half broke off, out of nowhere, and fell down onto the deck. If my kids had been under it, they would have been injured.

The umbrella swings around so much with even the slightest wind. I like the color and the build, but I'm afraid it is going to go through one of my windows when a breeze kicks up. This is the umbrella itself, not the stand. If there is absolutely no breeze, it is fine, but I live in an area where storms roll in in the afternoon, and it just seems unsafe.

Wanted to love this umbrella, even accepted that it may not last a full season. I added straps to keep it stable in LIGHT wind and that helped my like for it.Less than 2 months later and only 5 - 10 uses and its already breaking. Center assembly snapped today while opening it up.For the price I wasnt looking for much, but I was looking for something.

I mounted this to the side of my above ground pool for some shade. A few sheet metal screws and some steel brackets and it's perfect. Unless you going to bolt it to a deck; the supplied stand is a JOKE !Update: THIS THING IS GARBAGE. A little bit of wind and the top poles came out of the bracket and are impossible to get back in! Now it's useless ! Wasted money..

This thing will barely stay up without something holding the legs down. The lock quit working within the first month.I had to buy the rhino bags, fill them with as much dirt as possible which is a pain in the ass!, and because you cannot stop the umbrella from oscillating it still falls over. I have drilled nuts n bolts all over this dam thing to try and fix. Will have to throw it away.

Save your money, or with the money you spend on this along with the weights you have to buy to hold it down, buy a good quality one! It feel over twice with the slightest breeze one time it almost feel on me. I have a little one and this is a huge hazard! Getting rid of it immediately. It’s nice when it’s up but not sturdy. I spent another $70 on weights and still wasn’t good enough.
