Does not hold a charge

Sorry to say but it doesn’t work. This is the second one I have to return. Refurbished doesn’t mean it’s going to work. Spent 2 hours at my service provider And they couldn’t get it up and running. So very dissatisfied.will not purchase another one. 😩

I’m sorry to say I’m very disappointed. It charges up but the battery goes dead in about 1 hour. And that’s even when it’s not being used. I can’t even use it. I’m waiting for the directions to return it but they still haven’t responded 😩hopefully they will refund my account soon as possible.
