Very uncomfortable. Difficult to return for a full refund. I would not recommend this product.

Extremely small, very uncomfortable and sits on the floor. Totally overpriced and NOT worth the money. I had to pay $130 to return it. You've been warned.

Chair looks good but is flimsy. I’ve only had it for 2 months and already the back rod or bar is broken. I have to lean it against the wall to use. Waste of money. I suggest spending the extra money on a “real” chair.

Terrible investment. I was expecting more range of motion and comfort.

First off, don't even remember putting in an order for this thing, so sketching. Even more so is overly complicate and horrible return policy that i decide not to attempt. (Won't get your complete money back folks.) Once arrived, it wasn't even close to the size shown in the photo. Definitely bad advertising there. Final nail is that the joints didn't even last two nights before breaking. Durability nonexistent here. Overall, avoid.

This item came in a broken (old) Crumbly box. The item looked ok until i had my 140lb mom sit in it, she went over backwards. it is very uncomfortable. It seems to be made for a child not an adult, but it doesn't say that in the description. The head rest will not stay straight up, also the back will click into place, sometimes it will stay put for a little bit, other times it will will click and fall over without warning (with or without weight on it). contacted Gaintex due to the issues and their response was to over $20 to go get it fixed locally. (will update if Giantex make this right).

Not comfortable for an adult. It would be great for an older child to use for gaming, i.e. 10 or 12 years old. I am 5' 2" and about 140 pounds and I find it terribly uncomfortable especially on my neck. The top adjustment won't stay in place, whenever you move it ends up pulling it forward really rotated forward to pushing your head forward, the cushion right at the point you set isn't very soft, comfortable. If you don't have it against a wall or support it will topple over. It is very disappointing I will give it away to a kid and buy something more supportive for the little "reading nook" I have set up in my room!
