I don't normally write reviews but felt I should. Not worth the money. This broke within a week.

We should have NEVER wasted $$ on this item. The box was damaged and the product is NOT comfortable at all!!

 I bought this sofa two weeks ago, then there are some problems happened with my sofa. Firstly, the steel material inside the sofa broke the back of the sofa and it damaged my wall. Secondly, the back of sofa can not stay on the position I want. It severally influence my daily use and I'm really disappointment with the product.

The chair itself was good but not that sturdy - the bummer was the package was all ripped up and torn - it was really disappointing to see how the customers are being treated. I would not recommend this to anyone.Updating the review after 4 months of use and the chairs are being torn at the seams. This is a very poorly made product and defenitely not worth the 150$ price tag. I would not recommend this for anyone even if it was priced 50% less. Total crap of a product - do not waste your money on this, not worth your money

Much smaller then it looks.The ratcheting system the chair is based on does not work. It will never look like the photo.Don’t waste your money.

I bought three thinking they'd be great for the TV area. The metal strip punches out down the middle. It is horribly painful. The stuffing smashes down so one has to add any kind of padding and a lot of it. It is NOT something that can be used if you are over about maybe 4 foot 8 if you want to sit up and over about 100 lbs. I am 5 5 and 120. This thing is smashed down even if you rotate the three I have. I have bought massive padding to put on top but to no avail as the metal strip cuts into the back and the way the back is set up makes the head protrude forward despite resetting it any way you can think of. I regret buying these with every fabric of my being. Maybe if they were for kids and they weighted 50 lbs and were barely used they might hold up 1.5 yrs. However, these didn't last for us, esp for me at 5 5 and 120 and I was 110 even 8 months without being exceedingly painful due to that metal strip down the middle and padding gets smashed down. Rotating the three does NOT HELP. THEY ALL DO THE SAME. BE wary why and for what use you would buy them and IF. I would ask for a total refund and some other form of similar thing but frankly I have no idea if that would be any better. Worst purchase I ever made ......I am not rich. Was looking for a "family way to hang out" This ruined everything. It was a gigantic mistake.

It's useless

We bought two of these, and one already broke. There are very thin gauge metal tubing (pipes) inside the chair which form the entire frame, and our young kids who use these to watch TV already caused one of the tubes to snap in half. My kids are light weights and they do not play with the chairs or handle them roughly. With the tube snapped, the seatback no longer engages properly and will not remain upright anymore. I'm going to try to solder the tube together again, but it will only be a matter of time before another tube in the chair breaks too. Since our <90 pound boys were able to break a chair without any horseplay or frequent use, I can not recommend these chairs to anyone.
