disappointed in this... I used both shampoo and conditioner and my hair felt like straw! Stopped using after a few uses...

This conditioner left my hair feeling brittle and dry I have tried mixing it with regular conditioner but my hair remains dry.

This might work for others but didn't do much for me. I bought the shampoo and conditioner and used them as directed, and my bleached hair was still left brassy and dry.

It may just be my hair, but my hair was dryer with this product than with others.

Honestly no difference at all in my natural blonde hair that I want the brassy yellow tones gone.

Hair just doesn't seem to get very clean or smooth. Looks almost grimey after a day

The scent reminds me of manly cologne (and not in a pleasant way) and it does NOT moisturize my hair at all. Helps to temper brassiness but that's about it.

I have used other products to remove brass and tried this one due to the positive reviews. I must say Joico purple shampoo has this brand beat — this product didn’t do the job

The fragrance is horrible
