This patio set (2 chairs and a small glass topped end table) was an excellent value. We also bought two matching ottomans and cushions for all pieces. What impressed me most is that when I discovered an issue with a piece of furniture the customer service department at Tangkula was extremely cooperative in addressing the issue and at no charge sent me a replacement part (a seat back for one of the chairs). I would do business with this company again.

I just got these and put them together the same night. Each bag of screws is labeled and the diagram helps. I love the wide seats, quality of the product and the buttons on the top cushions add a great touch!

This seems like a well made furniture set for outdoors. It is very comfortable. Hoping to get a few years out of it!

I absolutely love these sets. They are inexpensive, sturdy, and easy to put together. They look great too. I ordered 2 sets of the 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, and table, and 3 sets of the 2 chairs and table. So I got a total of 19 pieces. It took me about 6 hours to put all those pieces together by myself. I’ve seen comments about holes not matching up, not being aligned. I didn’t carefully read the directions when I put the first chair together and the holes didn’t align. I looked back over the directions and saw that you’re supposed to only tighten things about halfway until all bolts are in. I redid the whole chair and it was like magic. Everything matched up perfectly and I had zero problems for the next 18 pieces. So my guess is that it was user error for people who didn’t get their pieces aligned properly. There were a couple quality problems, nothing really awful though. See the second picture, the screw hole is messed up. It was the only one messed up out of all those pieces. Some of the cushions were smooshed in the box and aren’t flattening out very quickly. And finally, the suction cups for the glass top on the tables are also smooshed and it was rather difficult to get them to flatten out. All of those issues are quite minimal and for most people not worth complaining about but there will always be someone that just can’t live with these minor inconveniences. The only other issue I foresee is the cushions blowing away in a storm. There are no straps or Velcro or snaps or anything to hold the cushions to the furniture so I have to figure something out. Maybe sticky back Velcro? Customer service was great. I contacted them because apparently my pieces were sent in a bunch of different shipments (7 different boxes) and I couldn’t see all the different tracking numbers on the Amazon app. I had received 4 boxes one day and didn’t realize I was going to receive 3 more boxes the next day. Costway responded to my email in just a few hours and were very kind in the face of my stupidity. They gave me all the tracking numbers I couldn’t see on my digital receipt. If the stuff falls apart, fades like crazy, or has any other issues I will update my review. For now though, I love this patio furniture. It’s pretty, sturdy, and comfy.

This is a very nice set. Fits perfectly on my patio. Chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. This product is well made.
