It is nice but looks like plastic and when I put them together one chair had uneven legs. Most likely a manufacturer error

It's true, you get what you pay for. If you want quality, keep looking. The seat cushion is thin and not firm at all. After one week the material ripped right along the piping. And good luck finding cushions the correct size if you want to upgrade. I'm still looking for 24 x 21. I'm pleased with the overall appearance, they're just not well made. Might get three years out of it.

Came with too many long screws and not enough short screws! There were no #2 screws. Pkgs went from 1 then 3 then 4! Where are #2??Cannot put second chair together. Not good!

This set is a woven plastic made to simulate a cane strips. Unfortunately the holes drilled to hold the chair’s bolts cut through the plastic cane strips completely severing the tightly woven cane leaving us with LOOSELY woven cane. I doubt the chairs will last half the season.

April 2021 purchased product, top of chair arms are cracked. Wicker on arms just split down the center. Any suggestions on how to help maintain the other set ?

Were to start. It actually is a very nice set. My issues are these, could not find the instructions because they were tucked up between the two sides of one of the arms pieces. The only reason I even found them was because I was inspecting the pieces of the chairs. It was a VERY small corner of the instructions that were showing. Then images my surprise when ALL 5 pages were of a TOTALLY DIFFERENT set. I sure hope I used the right screws when attaching the pieces together. There are 4 small suction cups that is supposed to hold the glass in place on the table. IT DOES NOT HOLD! Good thing I don’t have small kids. It is a safety hazard! The instructions were for a couch set with a square table. Also as you can see in the picture the one cushion is completely miss shaped do to packaging. I’m hoping it will reshape with time and use. Far as customer service I didn’t bother to try and contact them. I wasn’t about ready to try and hall that huge heavy box to a UPS store.

Screw hole missing to fully assemble table. Cushions are very thin and fabric is cheap and not outdoor sturdy.

The chairs were small and very low to the ground. The back was too low and didn’t provide enough support.

Chairs are smaller than expected. The legs on the table were missing. Trying to get it resolved now but they are asking for pictures to prove that they are missing. I didn’t know they were missing till the chairs were built.
