The cleaning brush broke into pieces with first use

I’m so disappointed, I needed this by Sunday now I have to wait for a replacement I guess. Can they check what they are sending first?? I’m so disappointed.

Cheap flimsy product. Cheap plastic or coated. Not fully stainless steel as stated.

The glove came with the tool set should be heat resistant bbq glove but it is not heat resistant. It made a hole in the glove in the first use and burn my finger. I wish the seller send me the "THE REAL HEAT RESISTANT GLOVE" for replacement.

Another example of “you get what you pay for”. This is obviously too much for $23 and it’s all cheap and flimsy. Not worth gifting to someone who is actually going to do any grilling. I seriously need to pay more attention when I’m shopping!

I bought this set in particular because of the "wood" handles because I wanted to wood burn the handles to personalize them as a gift. However, the handles are actually made of PLASTIC!!! It doesn't say ANYWHERE on the description that the handles are plastic. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! So upsetting because now I don't have time to get another set. This ruined my gift!!!

Was missing a few of the utensils.. including thermometer which is why I ordered this one. Other utensils were awesome.

Made very cheap.. not sturdy at all.. .. very disappointed..
