I have only had it a week now so I can not give any results on weight loss. When I received my bracelet one of the strings appears to already been broken so hopefully it doesn’t cause the others to give. The elastic stings are not sturdy so please do not stretch out to far. If the bracelet holds up for a month I will be sure to update my review
