Like some other reviewers have mentioned, this is useless as a pet tracker. Tested by moving the tiles outside of the house (but still in wifi range) and approx 45-50 feet from phone (on same wifi network). Failed every time. yet could easily use phone in the same locales the tiles failed to tv remote via wifi, etc. Not recommended.

It is complete garbage does not consistently work

The item is too large to be used with pets, especially by cats. As it hangs way down the collar, is easy to damage or scratch or get it wet, as cats lie in the floor . I tried it with my cat and also gives the cat some issues doing movements and jumping. The bluetooth range is useful if the cat is at home, but almost useless with cats that roam outside.

Do not buy if you own an iphone. No longer works. Company knows it and their “fix” does not work.

Great BUT you have to be super close to device. Maybe I brought ome with bad range but I need to be 10ft or less from my keys and wallet

Just bought it a couple of months and it requires replacement batteries already. Which means I have to buy a brand new one

App tries to force you to buy premium service every time you open it, can not bypass all the premium service ads when you use the app. Very irritating

Not suitable for pets not water resistant not good for outdoor use old ones actually work better,,,

The unit worked for 2 -3 days. When I mis placed my wallet it said it was 22 miles away 8 days ago. Save your money

The key unit is great -10x better than the first generation. The wallet unit is always out of range - even when it’s in my back pocket. It has only located itself once.
