Used two of the four tiles for car keys. One fine. The second one worked for a week then failed i.e. when placed next to my phone (6") the app, after hitting "find" responded "out of range. Returned to Amazon for refund.

Device came with bad batteries (3 of 4 are bad) and company suggested I buy a subscription (3.74/month) and they will replace the batteries. These devices come on, so buy replacement batteries with the device as it will function for only a few days.

I have ordered 4 pack of tile pro. But one of them can't ring the phone. When I double click the button no chime come out. If I ring the tile thru my phone it's OK but when I ring the phone thru my tile it's not ok. I have tried swapping out tile it's OK. Meaning the is no issue with my phone cause the other tile can be used. I also tried using new battery still same issue.

I bought 4 pack last year December. One has failed on and off after 15 days, another from1month later, doesn't work properly. remains 2 pc are still okay. I don't know how to get repair service.

We have several tiles in our household, one of the tile pro that came in this set of 4 does not fully respond, it does not allow the app to find the tile. not work sending back the product but we are disappointed with build quality, Tile must maintain a quality product or we will switch to another provider.

Worauf man beim Kauf leider nicht hingewiesen wird: Ohne ständig eingeschaltete GPS Ortung ist die App kaum verwendbar, mit ständig eingeschaltetem GPS halbiert die App von Tile aber gerne mal die Akkulaufzeit des iPhones. Hinzu kommt dass man ein jährliches Abo braucht um sinnvolle Funktionen nutzen zu können, die man eigentlich bereits mit dem Kauf erwartet hätte. Nach einem Jahr muss bereits die Batterie in allen vier Tiles ersetzt werden, ohne die Funktionen abseits eines Tests beim Einrichten wirklich genutzt zu haben.

Für mich ist es leider so garnicht das richtige.. habe es gekauft weil ich dachte es ist toll wenn ich von meinem Schlüssel auch mein handy finden kann.. nur leider funktioniert dies nur wenn meine tastensperre nicht aktiv ist.. und wenn ich mein handy gerade nicht finde ist besagte tastensperre nun mal drinnen.. von daher finde ich ist es ein teurer spaß der mir leider zuwenig bringt.

Nice product and super fast shipping (12 hours!). Very disappointed that after researching for over an hour I as unaware that there was any subscription based service, and without it half of the features listed (without any note of subscription needed) are unusable. Buyer BEWARE!
