Battery life for the wallet card died, tells you when it was last located which was about 30 days after buying not happy with this, hope tile can help me with this since I really like the product and my app and key finder are a great addition and working fine!

returning doesn’t work like it should not detecting not activating possible dud right out of box

Button is always getting pressed at work :( !!! Doesn't find my phone despite bluetooth being enabled. :( Can't find my keys with with app first try. Seen this happen to a co worker. Needs a cover over the button or I will use the battery up with accidental pocket clicks.

While Tile may have been 1st in line, Apple’s Air Tag is far superior. I should have just waited for the air tags and never bought this 4 pack. Lesson learned.

One of the two tiles in the pack already crapped out only two months later. Don't waste your money.

Do not like this product, sent it back, they say you don't have to do a monthy subscription but you do if you want it to work right

Lost keys. This piece of junk could not find them. It would tell me I'm in the area but, it is a empty warehouse.

I loved the old tile mates! So I upgraded when the battery died on them all. The new tile pro is junk. Never connects even when its right in front of you. I'm so upset because two times I desperately needed them and they didn't work. Customer service cant help either.

Although I bought this from Amazon, when I tried to activate it, the error message gives me "Previously Activated". The material for the tile is also very cheap. I have to click the button in a special way for it to even respond. According to the Tile website, they claim this is because I bought the tile from an unauthorized dealer.

Can somebody explain to my why is there a button in the middle of this damn thing that makes sound all that time? Can’t wait to get my Apple AirTags!
