"Separation alarm" feature is now a montlhy charge premium service. Will purchase CUBE for my application.

Originally, I found these were too big to use on my cats. However, before I returned them, i decided to give them a try. What a waste. They are not at all water resistant, one died within a day because it was a little wet. The range on these is awful. 400' is nonsense, closer to 40'. I have four cats, they all lose signal almost as soon as they leave my yard. Sometimes they lose signal being on a different floor. Total garbage and false advertising.

I bought these to put on my cats collar so I could find her if she wandered off but it got ruined as it would go right in her water bowl every time she drank water.

I was trying to find my keys with my Tile(s). I was a sending right over them for several minutes and with brand new battery. No dice. Also, Tile try’s to sell you their premium service which does a couple of things that should be built u to their app. Illusions of grandeur. Very disappointed. Happy with my Airtag. Threw my five Tiles away.

When you try to find a Tile, the app will show you whether you’re closer or farther from it. That’s it. But you can’t really tell whether you are going towards the tile or not. It’s not efficient.

I wasn't happy with the product. I set up the "Key Chain" Tile with no issues. It works well, and I have no complaints. The "Wallet" Tile was dead on arrival. I reached out to support, and I'm still waiting to see what they will do. I would have hoped for faster response times from Tile's Tech Support. Update. I wasn't happy when I received a used scratched replacement from a brand new purchase of Tile just over a week ago.

Do not waste your money on this product. When you press one of the tiles to find your phone, you can BARELY hear it ring. As far as the map goes, sometimes the tiles show up and sometimes they don’t🤷‍♂️

Of the four tiles, when I want to locate something in the house, that's always the one "last seen" 20 miles away. Wtf? Can NOT force it to try to ring even though I know it is nearby. I have to find it on my own and push the button for the app to see it. STUPID.

Didn't work in the next room, let alone 400 feet! To top it off, the seller wants me to pay for return shipping! Avoid this junk and save yourself time, money and aggravation on a product that doesn't work from a seller who doesn't stand behind it's products..

It tells me last known address is 12 hours+ ago. One of them said 6 days!!! So when I did lose my wallet I thought hey I bought this so i should be able to find it. "Last known address 11 hours ago" I dont give 2 sh where it was. I want to know where it is so i can GET IT
