While it is simple to set up and handy for finding things like your keys or phone, Its totally useless for locating a person in real time. My husband got us these to try so we could possibly use it for kids/pets and it would show me as being at work when I was already almost home.

It does work to find tile from phone. But it in most time does not find phone from the tile. I tried to turn android phone battery optimization for this app off (so to keep it run in the background all time), it still not able to find my phone even through the phone is just next to the tile.

I paid for a brand new product, but got a defective one. The package was already open but then resealed. I opened and tried it anyway and neither one worked. Not sure who deserves the one star, tile or Amazon. Now I have to return it to get my money back, and will spend my money at Best Buy. Update: After buying a new set at Best Buy, my wife says that it's one of the best presents that I've ever got her. She frequently misplaces her stuff, and spends a lot of time searching for them. This has already reduced her stress level, and she loves it.

Either I got a faulty tile or they lie about the battery usage because mine uses up battery within 2 months of installation.

I purchased the 4 pack 8 months ago and the few times I've actually needed these to work, they don't. I'll randomly test them holding 6 inches from my phone and they rarely work. I use newer Google Pixel phones, so I don't think it's the phone.

I purchased this Tile 6 weeks ago to keep track of a large puppy on my property. I have to be within 75 feet to activate ’find’. Changed the dead battery for the first time today. This product does no perform as advertised. I will be returning this product.

Sometimes they work . . . Sometimes they don't. Got the 4 pack and gave one to each daughter. Two work, two don't. I mean the tiles, all the kids work, thankfully. almost always says out of range even when right next to the phone. I have reinstalled and am done trying. It's now just a key ring that doesn't ring.

How is the first location in the history is 1 month ago, while the item is in my room.... what is the point of tracking it back if the detail for the most recent location is 1 month ago

Bought 4 Pro Tiles and gave 3 away as gifts.I cannot get mine to work on my IPhone 7. I have contacted Tile customer service online only and they have been useless .I tried several times to make it work And am very unhappy with this purchase and especially unhappy that Tile cannot help me..

I put one in my wallet and any time I lean on something my tile goes off making my phone ring. It happens about every other day and it is possibly the most annoying thing ever!
